Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, plus a few extra for the tops
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt, unsweetened, with no xylitol
- 1 egg
Method
- Heat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment, or grease a mini muffin tin.
- Stir the yogurt and egg together, then fold in the oat flour to a thick batter.
- Fold in the blueberries gently. A few will burst, and that is fine. Purple streaks are a feature.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the sheet or fill the muffin cups, and press one extra berry on top of each.
- Bake for 16 to 20 minutes until set and springy. Cool fully before serving, since the berries hold heat.

Active Time
Blueberries might be the perfect dog fruit: sweet, soft, packed with good things, and portioned by nature. Folded into a yogurt batter, they bake into tender bites that suit dogs who find a hard biscuit hard work.
Cut one open before you serve the batch. The centre should look set and bready, with the berries jammy. A wet, shiny centre means five more minutes.
